I'm Back

Well hello you,
I almost forgot I was supposed to be blogging. D'uh
Well I'm back at it, I started walking again. Last night I only walked 1 mile though because by the time I got out of here at 5:30 it was cold. The wind was blowing and I was walking into it. But the important thing is you walked. Yes! Thank you all for the encouragement we all need it at one time or another. I'm still sticking to no junk food. Okay gotta go!

Yo!

Well, since the flu season has hit, I have not done any kind of exercise to speak of. I spent last week and the weekend taking care of sick kids. This week so far my evenings are spent helping with the play. So there I admitted it I've gotten lazy. But I have not given up... I believe you should never quit quitting... Maybe I'll have better luck next weeek.

Look Out

I woke up this morning totally accident prone. I'm disappointed in myself it is already Thursday and I have not exercised once this week. I need to look at the good side though I've stuck to no junk and no over-indulgence. That's good. Winter is back and soon it will be nice again and I hope to be excited about exercising.

Today is the day of LOVE

Hey, My week-end was good. I'm so proud of myself I did not and I repeat that did not pig-out or indulge in too many no-nos. My downfall though was I did not do any kind of exercise to speak of but I cleaned my house from top to bottom and man does that ever feel good. So as far as exercise if you can call house cleaning exercise than I exercised all week-end long. Hey, hey, hey!

It's Friday
Mood:  happy
Well I made it to the work-out room three times this week yeah for me. I haven't really overeaten this week yeah for me again. Haven't lost but 4 oz. but it's better than nothing. Monday I kinda over did my abs work-out. Couldn't even lay on my stomach. Hurt so bad woke me out of a deep sleep. Now that's pretty hard to do for me. The next night I thought I would do just five abs thingys. Hurt so bad i had absolutely no muscle to hold my self up and I hit the bench hard. So I had to wait another night. But I was back at it last night and my abs are fine. Not too over worked today so I feel good about that. Trial and error I guess. Nothing planned for the week-end but I hope to work a little bit on my eating. Last week-end I totally overdid it with the food and snacks.

OOPS!

I did not do good as far as eating over the week-end. It was one of those times when you can't seem to get full. I also took a road trip on Saturday so that didn't help. I did make it to the gym and worked out at least three times last week. I only drank two pops last week which were both on the week-end. One I shared with someone else is that counts. I'm just trying to make myself feel better about it.

Alrighty then!

Well, I've been to the gym twice this week and my goal is to go three times a week so I still have three more evenings to go one more time. It feels great. I have had 4 ounces of pop, about 6 tortilla chips with homemade salsa, and two homemade chocolate chip cookies (believe me they are irresistible) and that's all I had as far as junk food this week. I set a goal to cut down on junk food. So I feel I have a good start.

Getting Started

Well I finally got started. Last night I made it to the gym. Yes! I got on the treadmill I even did a little running on it, and did one set of weight lifting. I'm glad I started easy. Someone else I know overdid it and was sore this morning. Tonight I will do the palates. My eating has not changed except for eliminating the junk which is how I hope to lose weight. I truly don't believe in dieting.

Sorry, took so long to post to your blog! Creating this blog has helped me to motivate myself to gain healthy eating habitis and making goals for myself. It has intrigued me by gettin with the program and making progress towards my goals. I believe that everyone can do anything if they work towards them. Your goals are awesome! In the end we'll all love the outcome and look at the progress we've made with enthusiasm that all goals can be conquered.

Those are some good goals, I think 10 pounds by June 1st ifs very doable. Something that has really helped me is writing in a food journal, plus this blog if I am going to eat something bad I think I will have to post this on my blog and then everyone will know what I am eating so I think twice. Researches say that when you ask a person about how many calories you eat a day, it is usually 20% more of what a person answers. So if I say I eat 2000 calories a day most likely I eat 2400 calories a day. I thouth that was an interesting fact.
